Possess Extensive knowledge in Traditional and Contemporary Japanese cuisine
Certified International Sake Sommelier from Kikisakeshi, Japan
Worked and collaborated with 3 Michelin star Chef  Esaki and Chef Nobu
Completed Development Plan as Executive Sous Chef with Fairmont Singapore and Swissotel The Stamford. Collaborated with Director of Kitchens to plan and execute many High profile events for large numbers catering to a variety of cuisines.
